The ORCA-Group´s manufacturing plants are concentrated in and around the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. Being influenced by the traditions of the watch-making industry, the excellent training/education facilities that the city has to offer and the transport links to the Motorway A81, are some of the additional reasons why the ORCA-Group is placed in such an ideal location.

Here, we have available a total of approximately 15,000 square metres of production space. To be able to meet future requirements in the areas of efficiency, environmental protection, sustainability, etc. all the production areas are logically and ecologically optimized with modern exhaust systems, chip removal equipment and gantry cranes.

In each of the manufacturing areas, the machines are optimally configured to meet the demands of the appropriate tasks. To ensure the necessary flexibility and reliability in production, it is a maxim of the ORCA–Group to procure machinery groups of the same type, control and level of equipment and to cluster them into production units.
